JLE undertook a multifaceted project for the Parkes Special Activation Precinct, encompassing several critical work fronts. The project involved extensive augmentation and installation of new high-voltage (HV) overhead and underground enabling works. Key components included the installation of road solar street lighting and comprehensive communications pit and pipe works.
The scope of work was substantial, featuring the installation and augmentation of over 6 kilometers of the high-voltage network, the installation of more than 100 streetlights, and the installation of 70 communications pits. Additionally, over 40 kilometers of conduit were laid throughout the project.
This $6 million project, completed in 2023, highlights JLE's capability to deliver complex and large-scale infrastructure solutions, contributing significantly to the development of the Parkes Special Activation Precinct.
